Lunch and tea/coffee/refreshments at the conference venue will be managed by a catering service. Dinner will be at the conference venue or at one of the hotels. All the three hotels (Ashok, Atria and Le Meridien) have past experience in catering at the J.N. Tata Seminar Complex.
Conference Banquet will be organised at Hotel Ashok.
The registration fee will fully cover the cost of all the meals, from dinner on 16th August till lunch on 22nd August. Drinks (beer and liquor) are not included. These will be available, but will have to be purchased directly from the caterers.
