SF03 Cosmology Summer Workshop: Eating Out

Santa Fe has many restaurants, quite a few of which are rather good. Aside from New Mexican and ``Southwest'' cooking, cuisines that are well-represented include Contemporary American, French, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, and Spanish -- (Chinese restaurants in Santa Fe are usually disappointing). Below is my own, obviously biased, list of recommended restaurants, freshly updated for 2003. Feedback is welcome!
