Eric Heller: Real Quantum Chaos - Corrections to Random Matrix Theory
This talk focusses on the insertion of dynamical information into random matrix theory to give a modified theory which agrees with observations. The question of ergodicity and dynamical constraints is central to this formulation and common to both classical and quantum mechanics.
